The MSDT internship at F I F T Y 5 6 S I X has been designed to allow you to undertake the activities you are now certified to do.  The First time taking out real life customers can feel quite daunting, that’s why during the internship you will have an experienced instructor with you just to help out if needed.  This also allows you to receive continual feedback on how to improve performance, thus building confidence if your abilities.

Not only will you be carrying out the duties of a working instructor in water, we will also show you other parts of the scuba industry that are not part of your IDC such as sales techniques, high standards of customer service, an introduction into equipment servicing and experience the logistics of a fully operating dive school and what part you play in that.

​

The experience gained from an internship can be very beneficial for future employers as they know you already have hands on experience with customers.  On completion of your internship references can be provided to employers if needed and we can also help in writing your new dive CV.
